Directions for use:
As hot pack: Place aromatherapy wrap in microwave.
Microwave 1-2 minutes on high. (Microwave ovens vary, times may need to be adjusted.)
Remove carefully and apply to desired area. Will be hot.
As cold compress: Place aromatherapy wrap in freezer bag.
Freeze until cold and semi firm.
Remove and apply to desired area.
Care and cleaning (if wrap becomes dirty):
Untie knot at top of wrap.
Dump rice in bowl and set aside.
Wash sock as normal.
Refill with rice and tie securely.
